Cancellation Policy

• If cancelled up to 7 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.

• If cancelled up to 2 days before date of arrival, 50 percent of all nights will be charged.

• If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged.

Children and Extra Bed Policy

• All children are welcome.

• All children under 2 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.

• Babycots are charged GBP 10.00 per night.
• Maximum capacity of babycots in a room is 1.

Credit card payments

• We accept most credit cards.
• We charge 2% for standard UK credit card payments.
• We charge 2.5% for business credit card payments.
• We charge 2.5% for all International Credit and Debit cards.
• We do not accept American Express.
• We charge 50p for UK Debit Card payments.
• There are no charges for cash payments.

City/tourist taxes

• Service charge is not applicable.
• City/tourist tax is not applicable.

• Wireless internet is available and is free of charge.

 

Meal Plan

 

• Continental-style breakfast is included in the room rate.

• Full English breakfast costs GBP 5.00 per person per night.

 

Parking

 

• We have an on-site private car park, which is free of charge.
